Make that four days…

Hello there!

I haven’t really done anything in two weeks. Don’t know why… Anyway, I’ll be moving to Issaquah, Washington in four days which will definitely stop me from doing any work for a bit. Oh well…

I really should do something more with this site…

I am glad this has happened as I was building up a lot of rage toward EA for the persistent bugs in Battlefield 2142 that inhibit my enjoyment. They release a patch the nerfs AP Mines but don’t touch issues that have been with the game since the beta. And these are big issues too.

But! Enough about bad things, this is a joyous day! All shall rejoice and be glad!

I couldn’t bring myself to do any work over the weekend. All I did was sit in my room, listen to music, read, play CivIII, and watch Kamen Rider 555 episodes for two days. I’m on Ep 32 out of 50 and so far it’s my favorite Kamen Rider… Not that I’ve seen many, I’ve watched all of Kabuto and am watching the current one, Den-O. Anyway, it is unimportant. I’ll be away in Eugene for the next two days, so maybe I’ll have renewed energy at that point.

I’ve been browsing through other themes and now I feel like I need to scrap my design… I did like it for it’s simplicity, but now it looks too bland. That’s what I get for looking at other designs by people who are better than me. :(

Well, maybe I should stick with it for now. I guess simplicity and “bland-ness” are good for writing my first theme.

That blue on the sidebar is still not right…

I sorta got my bastard theme working. It doesn’t look very good and needs a bit more work. The Default stylesheet is sort of a tangled mess despite the comments.

Done working for now. Going to watch an episode of 555 then, sleep.

ARG! I just realized how to edit the default theme to look like my design. I was going about it the hard way. Not that I’m going to stop writing my own theme, just that I’ll have some thing that doesn’t look default for now.
